Eat Oregon First poultry is a real treat. We specialize in milk fed chickens, a heritage European technique that produces a well fattened, buttery fleshed animal that is tender and tasty. EOF chickens, turkeys, Cockerels and quail are tri-local and Oregon finished on the same Scottish Wheat we feed our Cascade Red beef cattle.  USDA and Oregon Department of Agriculture processed.
